In 2018, most of retail had already evolved—payments, in-store experiences, even how customers browsed and bought. But one part of retail was still stuck in the past: repairs and maintenance.

We saw leading retail brands chasing down contractors, logging jobs over the phone, tracking details in disconnected spreadsheets, and being forced to rely on service providers that barely showed up. There was no transparency, ownership, or consistency.

So we built Ticked Off to raise the standard and modernise the backbone of retail operations. Not just with better tech, but with better service, sharper visibility, and outcomes you can count on.
